Should I use a potty or go straight to the toilet? Decisions decisions! This really is a personal preference as you can start using either.

The potty is easy to move from room to room and location to location and some children feel more secure when sitting on the potty due to their size. They aren’t that fun to clean though.

Going straight to the toilet works best when families purchase a toilet insert seat (a smaller seat which fits securely inside the big toilet seat) and a step to support their feet. With the toilet insert seat we need to ensure it doesn’t wobble as this can affect your child’s confidence to use it.

Our products demonstrate your child using the toilet, however will still be relevant for children who use a potty when they start. The steps are very similar and will help to introduce the toilet process while concurrently learning to use the potty.
